Swift Level offers an artisan and cultural approach to parties, dinners and special occasions. In support of our vision, our land is herbicide-free and pesticide-free. Produce is grown organically at Swift Level and from local farms. All meats are SLS approved farms that agree and support our standard practices, slaughter and processing. All Beef served on the farm comes from Swift Level’s own grass-fed cattle. Every cut is traced to its origin, visit our Grass Fed Beef page. Our slaughter is monitored and Animal Welfare Approved. No Factory Farmed or Processed Foods. Foods sources are available on a seasonal basis. Our mission is to care for the land, water and creatures upon it with upmost respect and responsibility for the present and for all time to come.
