The Show Barn has 4 large stalls, (one large foaling-stall), opposite run-in, concrete alleyway, and an expansive loft. The barn area has 7 large paddocks, one with a pond, and a 60” hardwood round pen. We pasture our horses year round, most paddocks or boundaries have shelter. The grass is wonderful, we begin to hay about January 1, or when the snow arrives and we usually stop haying pasture horses by April 1. Good quality hay and feed is available locally and can be delivered. Veterinarians are abundant as well though we ship to VA for emergencies requiring surgery or high tech support. In the past we successfully pasture-bred and foaled out over 40 QH mares a year. We have bred TB cross-sport horses the past 14 years collecting, shipping, hand breeding and foaling. The pasture is good, relatively low in fescue, high in bluegrass and clover. There are local veterinarians that can cover ultrasound and most all needs. Fed Ex, UPS and local air service are available for shipping overnight.. WV is now 12th in the nation for the number of registered TB foals, the futurity incentives are respectable. This property is a natural haven for horses and riders. There is plenty of acreage and diversity to provide for most all needs within this property.

We have several barns that have serviced our riding, breeding and training programs. The Horse Barn has 13 box stalls, two tack rooms, water room, feed room and an expansive loft with two drop-holes.
